Alessandra is a massage therapist and a mover. She loves what the body has to say, she listens deeply through the touch and expresses herself through dance.
She enjoys stillness as much as movement.
She is creative in her postures, inspired by yoga, Butoh dance and contact improvisation dance. She is flexible and agile, she can stay still for long time thanks to her meditation practice. She enjoys wearing costumes, playing with props and imagining stories and characters.
